The White House was built in 1904. At the time, the name was Oldfield, Kirby, and Gardner, the three owners last names. It was refurbished in between 2006-2008 by the present owners, Michel Fillion and Richard Irving.

During the 2 year renovation, with the cooperation of the C.H.I.P. program, there are 5 character elements that are original to the building. Those will be explained in detail during the tour. Tour times are 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm on both days, hosted by one of the owners. The meeting place will be at the front lobby.

During the tour, we will ask for your consideration and respect since the building hosts two businesses in which one of them operates on Saturdays. The same pertains for the residence.

Rick and I are pleased to open up our home/office to the public in order to display the potential of historical buildings and why they should be preserved. Our certainly displays the potential.

See you on the 27th and the 28th.

Mitch and Rick
